Mentors

The purpose of the mentorship program at the ALC is to provide an avenue for the participants to meet people from the business community who can give them advice about job markets, labour trends, and competitive work skills and habits. Since the overall goal of the program at the ALC is to "mend paths and build futures" for young at-risk adults, through healing, skilling, and employment readiness this is a very important aspect of that process.
