Volunteers

Volunteering at the ALC means real commitment because building the civil society requires a consistent and long-term approach. This real commitment is necessary as these young people are the key building blocks of a healthy society and requires serious attention. All ALC paid staff are expected to volunteer as part of their condition of employment. This expectation is consistent with the ALC understanding of the role of the Community Sector in society.
